Ok, since a release date (or even the fact of a release) for a v7.1.2 hasn't
been set, I've gone ahead and uploaded the 7.1.1 set. There are a few
changes for this release, the most visible of which is the release numbering.
I've gone to a system where the RPM release number will have a '.PGDG'
appended -- this tags our RPM's versus the Polished Linux Distribution's
RPM's, for example (the PLD's RPMset has a 'pl' after its release, but it
wasa handy example). Further, our RPM's will have a Vendor: of 'PostgreSQL
Global Development Group'. The next release will be cryptographically signed
by me, once Iearn the steps.

ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/binary/v7.1.1/RPMS/ is the place, and
README.rpm-dist is the first file you want to read.

A minimal PostgreSQL server installation will have the main postgresql RPM as
well as the postgresql-libs and postgresql-server RPM's installed. You need
to install all three on one command line, or install postgresql-libs first.

Binary RPMs for Red Hat's 6.2 and 7.1 are uploaded or uploading right as I
compose this message. The source RPM is already up.

Enjoy!
