Because it acts exactly the same as before? From a user/usage perspective, nothing
has changed, and most people don't bump up against the current limitations.

I'm excited about it because Bucardo uses LISTEN/NOTIFY a *lot*, so this
will be a win. Although the overhead of the current listen system still pales
in comparison to the overhead of triggers. It will be nice to start using
payloads as well. Those should be mentioned explicitly if they are not
already.
