To reproduce:

1. Start pgAdmin backup or restore command.

2. Close pgAdmin windows by pressing cross in upper right corner and
selecting "End program"

Observed:

Backup / restore process still continues running without any user interface
causing internet access

Expected:

Terminating pgadmin should terminate pg_dump and pg_restore also

Platform: 1.4.1 on XP
