The following warning occurs each time that postgresql 7.4.2 is loaded:

WARNING: dup(0) failed after 3195 successes: Bad file descriptor
LOG: database system was shut down at 2004-06-13 19:32:39 EST
LOG: checkpoint record is at 0/9F06A8
LOG: redo record is at 0/9F06A8; undo record is at 0/0; shutdown TRUE
LOG: next transaction ID: 608; next OID: 17142
LOG: database system is ready

Is this a serious problem? Occurs on two different XP Pro systems.
