In the answer for English FAQ 2.1 ("Are there ODBC drivers for
PostgreSQL), which is at
http://www.PostgreSQL.org/docs/faq-english.html#2.1, the last line of the
answer has a broken link where it says

    See also the <A href=
    "http://www.PostgreSQL.org/users-lounge/docs/programmer/odbc.htm">ODBC
    chapter of the Programmer's Guide</A>

I guess you need a version number in the link to the programmers' guide,
e.g., http://www.PostgreSQL.org/users-lounge/docs/7.0/programmer/odbc.htm
                                                  ^^^^
