PostgreSQL, Inc. Releases SePICK v1.0 (BETA) at COMDEX

Three months ahead of schedule, PostgreSQL, Inc. announces the Beta
release of its much-anticipated Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
solution for eBusinesses. This release of our Small Enterprise
Professional Information and Contact Knowledgebase (SePICK) was developed
for Media Brokers International (MBI) of Atlanta. This application offers
small businesses an open source, scalable and easily customized CRM that
is Web and Wireless capable, and supports multiple sites and multiple
users without additional licensing, hardware, or server applications. If
your business has Web access, your CRM alternative is ready now.

SePICK is the result of the work by PostgreSQL, Inc.'s Canadian, U.S.,
and Russian teams of developers and partners, and is built on the
PostgreSQL object-based Relational Database Management System (ORDBMS),
the 'World's most advanced open source database'.

Many small companies face staggering costs and complications as their
businesses grow in number of employees and locations. SePICK offers these
enterprises with a fully scalable solution at a low entry cost, and
without licensing costs for the application itself or for new operating
and web server software. See it live at the Westcoast Interchange Booth
(P761).

The product is now available for evaluation through PostgreSQL, Inc.'s
SePICK Website and can be purchased from any of these development
partners:
Westcoast Interchange [Heavy Lifters], Victoria, BC www.WIE.com
enTRUST Solutions, LLC., San Francisco, CA www.enTRUSTsolutions.com
EverydayOffice, New York, NY www.EVERYDAYoffice.com

MBI founder and President Ben Johnston summed up his decision on
PostgreSQL, Inc.'s SePICK in terms every business manager can surely
appreciate. "It came down to a simple set of considerations buy a retail
package with expensive licensing and costly customizing, or invest in the
PostgreSQL, Inc. SePICK project. It seems to me that there isn't much of
a contest when it comes down to choosing between an open source or an
open wallet solution."
