A simple question... Just wondering...

Why plpgsql is not accessible by default ? I've installed postgresql included in Mandrake 8.2 (7.1.2 I guess...)

I know I already did a 'createlang mydb plpgsql' or something similar for activating it, but I'm really wondering why it is not done by default...

Thanks...
