Tom/Jason,

A couple of weeks ago we exchanged emails regarding excessive database
startup times on Cygwin (~15 secs iirc). I've been playing with 7.2 release
today and can happily report that I'm now seeing just a couple of seconds.

:-)

Regards, Dave.
