Hi,
i am new to postgresql and trying to use postgresql on following configuration and getting the following error.

Microsoft windows 2000

postgresql-7.3.4-2
cygwin 2.340.2.5

num=17, 03600) failed: Function not implemented

Can you please help me to find a workaround so that it works successfully.
