Consulting telecommuting position available for postgresql DBA

We are recruiting someone for a part time telecommuting position consulting on optimizing a postgresql database. Initially a short-term consulting position to help a group of developers optimize postgresql usage, could become ongoing part time or occasional consultation.

Advanced DBA experience with PostgreSQL 9 on Windows and Linux in an enterprise environment.

Expert level experience in
- PL/pgSQL
- Streaming replication
- Backup strategies
- PG Performance optimization

Requirements:

Experience with Windows and RHEL operating systems
Enterprise system management experience (RHEL, Windows)
Ability to program, maintain, and execute system scripts (bat, sh, py)
Ability to work remotely
Technical Documentation competency
RDBMS experience

Desired (but not mandatory) technical skills:

Java / Web development / .NET / SQL Server
Experience with and knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and medical imaging workflows
