postgres sessions. It is FREE to attend.

Dumb Simple PostgreSQL Performance (Joshua Drake) (This was the SeaPUG
2/2010 talk, in case you missed it.)
A one hour talk on PostgreSQL performance. This is a great talk for
people who are not DBA's but web developers or those who have been
thrown into management of PostgreSQL.

What's New in PostgreSQL 9.0 (Mark Wong)
PostgreSQL 9.0, currently in alpha testing, is slated to be released
this summer. We'll will give you an overview and examples of just some
of the exciting new features being introduced into this major release,
including:

* RADIUS authentication
* Hot Standby
* ALTER DEFAULT PRIVILEGES
* IF EXISTS for DROP COLUMN and DROP CONSTRAINTS
* XML, JSON, YAML formats for EXPLAIN
* REINDEX on system tables
* Allow aggregate functions to use ORDER BY
* WHERE clause support in CREATE TRIGGER

Bucardo: replication in action (Selena Deckelmann) (This is next months
SeaPUG talk, in case you can't make it.)
Bucardo is a mature replication system for PostgreSQL that supports
asynchronous replication for both master-slave and multi-master systems.
Originally designed for slow and unreliable networks, it has remarkable
recovery ability, an easy to use command-line interface and development
is active! Uses for Bucardo include: a slave read-only database,
multi-master replication, data warehousing and just having fun moving
your data around! Will include overview replication for PostgreSQL in
general, a tour of features, a basic configuration walk through and
details about how to make your database an active participant in your
application ecosystem

PITR Made Easy (Joshua Drake)
A one hour talk on how to configure Warm Standby and PITR for
PostgreSQL.
