Has anyone seen the following error message in the log.txt file when installing postgres

Postgres 8.03

Whenever I install Postgres.. I am checking the log.txt file it creates
and it has the following...

(Oct 24, 2007 11:20:36 AM), Setup.product.install,
com.installshield.product.wizardbeans.SetProductBeanPropertyAction, wrn,
Unable to set product bean property appLauncherWin.active
ServiceException: (error code = 315; message = "product bean
appLauncherWin does not exist"; severity = 0)
