1) CHECK ... NO INHERIT should get its own heading. It isn't really a
matter of a NOT VALID check constraint.

2) I don't know how these are getting ranked but the SECURITY BARRIER bit
might do better as a major feature. It has the potential to be a total
game changer in the way multi-tenant applications are developed and viewed.
