Mark recovery.conf as index term

Hi,

recovery.conf is not listed in the index, though postgresql.conf and
pg_hba.conf are. Which sometimes annoys me when I search
recovery.conf page from the index. What about applying the attached
patch which marks "recovery.conf" as an index term?
