PgAdmin doesn't retain the saved passwords when a connection to a server
fails.

I'd like to request that the saved passwords be kept, even in the event of
a failure.

I realize that if the failure is due to an incorrect password, there needs
to be a way to enter a new one, but if the password is correct and the
server is not running, the password should not be removed.
