I try to install PostgreSQL on Windows
I follow the instrunction on FAQ_MSWIN and after
I Download and run the Cygwin installer I run the command ipc-daemon2 &
but I accept the following message
avivhuri(at)ani-btjmotfzl67 ~
$ ipc-daemon2 &
[1] 1264
avivhuri(at)ani-btjmotfzl67 ~
$ bash: ipc-daemon2: command not found
[1]+ Exit 127 ipc-daemon2
please help me!!
