I made some changes in the recovery.conf for hot standby.
standby_mode = 'on'
primary_conninfo = 'host=192.168.1.22 user=user'
now i am getting the following error-

I am able to connect to the master server and it is set to behave like a
primary server.
Does any one have any idea??? I am using FreeBSD 8.1 with PostgreSQL 9.0.1
