Where is the latest version of the ODBC driver code?
BTW, it seems that the move from the PostgreSQL source tree to a
separate CVS tree was only partially completed, as the code in CVS at
GBorg does not build (e.g. the GNUmakefile has not even been modified,
and still tries to build the driver as though it were in
src/interfaces/odbc).
Also, the website @ odbc.postgresql.org needs to be updated -- it
still refers to the ODBC driver as being located in
src/interfaces/odbc.
