Ahh, found it on the website, although it's not clear there:
"meets every third Thursday"
That could either mean "meets the third Thursday of every month" or "meets
every three weeks, on a Thursday". I *think* you mean the first, so you might
want to update that. Better yet, provide a Pg function that is true on that
day. :)
