Call me skeptical, but it's been "shortly" for a long, long time now.
So it's not surprising that people see our same old main page and think
that there is nothing about to happen. New design proposals should always
be welcome, even after/if we switch to another design. I don't really
care which one we roll out, as long as we do something.
