Docs should be coming up. They are missing for pretty much *all* of the
win32 stuff. And it's about time to get started on that.

I think what we need to do is move everything that is in Chapter 15 now
to a subsection about the "building an dinstalling the client using
MSVC".

But how do we want the general docs for it. Do we want just a list of
"do this differently on windows", or do we want a complete set of
instructions for windows? (This is for source install, of course. The
GUI installer will come with it's own instructions. Not sure if we want
to include thos ein the main docs (probably just a reference), but we
certainly can't write them until the installer is ready). I'd say we
probably want a complete set of instructions (all the parts about shared
libs etc are completely different..)

As for the "how to use the service" stuff, a new section under chapter
16 perhaps? "Windows specific issue" or something=?

Thoughts?
