Pyrseas 0.3.1, a framework for upgrading/migrating a PostgreSQL
database, has been released. It is available from PGXN, PyPI and PgFoundry.

This is a maintenance release that fixes the following issues:

* Workaround for incorrect assumption that 'public' schema is
always present (issue #4).

* Support for delimited (or quoted) identifiers, e.g., those
with embedded spaces, upper case characters, etc. (except for SQL
keywords) (issue #5).

Best regards,

Joe Abbate
