Ok, so I've done the translation of both these pages, so the "what's
new" is completely translated in french now.

If these pages are modified I'll keep the translation up to date.
The only thing I couldn't find is a proper translation for "write skew"
for now. If anybody speaks french here and knows how it's translated in
the litterature, please tell me.
