pgcluster is obsolete and abandoned.
Look into Bucardo, Slony-I, pgbouncer, pgpool, etc.

you'll see here: http://www.postgresql.org/community/lists/ . I don't
see any lists specifically for Chinese (?) but there may be internet
forums or similar dedicated to PostgreSQL in your preferred language.
