+1. IMHO the appropriate place to put such information is CF. Someone could 
argue that not all patches go through the process but, in these cases, they 
are not generally sponsored ones. It is easy to query the database and list 
feature, developer, and sponsor. So once a year, someone could get the list 
and update the website.
