Slony 1.2.22 & 2.0.6 Released

The Slony team would like to announce a release of minor updates to the

-Bug #118 - Use TRUNCATE ONLY when cleaning out tables on subscribers

-Fix for bug #159, distclean deletes the slony_logshipper flex/bison
generated files.

-Detect docbook-utils paths on Debian,Fedora,SuSE,*BSD
