I think Hstore improvements would be PR-worthy.  It makes Postgres
good for a class of EAV problems that were hard to deal with before
and that people are looking at the NoSQL family of products (MongoDB,
CouchDB, Voldemort, etc.) for; and that NoSQL stuff seem to be
getting a lot of buzz in the press & conferences recently.
