Hi,

I'd like to volunteer to review in the upcoming CommitFest. I'm fluent
in C and did a tiny bit of PG development - I was a GSoC student for
Postgres in 2008. My Postgres knowledge might have gone a bit rusty,
though. Heck, I don't even work with databases these days... but I'll
try my best.
