Hola, podrias probar:
vacuumlo -v -n <database>, en teoria esto te informa de los objetos "grandes" "huerfanos",
de esta manera podrias achicar tu base.
Cuando dices "restore with I", te refieres a index_name o i que es ignore version (notese la diferencia
de mayúscula y minúscula)
