I am getting this. Looks like it started happening sometime yesterday.

[andrew(at)alphonso pgtmp]$ cvs -d
:pserver:anoncvs\(at)anoncvs(dot)postgresql(dot)org:2401/projects/cvsroot export -r
HEAD pgsql
cvs export: Updating pgsql
U pgsql/COPYRIGHT
U pgsql/GNUmakefile.in
U pgsql/Makefile
U pgsql/README
U pgsql/README.CVS
U pgsql/aclocal.m4
U pgsql/configure
U pgsql/configure.in
cvs export: Updating pgsql/ChangeLogs
cvs export: Updating pgsql/MIGRATION
cvs export: Updating pgsql/config
cvs export: [13:14:23] waiting for anoncvs's lock in
/projects/cvsroot/pgsql-server/config
cvs export: [13:14:53] waiting for anoncvs's lock in
/projects/cvsroot/pgsql-server/config

... and so on ad nauseam

cheers

andrew
