Hi all,

Received this from AMS. Can we get it directed to
pgsql-www(at)postgresql(dot)org instead of my email address? (As time for the
change permits of course)

Regards and best wishes,

Justin Clift

Due to a problem with hardware, the file system on neptune was
corrupted. This requires that we rebuild the file system from scratch,
and restore the VMs from our backup server.

The latest backup is/was on August 23rd, so there will be approx. 1
weeks worth of changes to web sites and email that will be lost as a
result.

This does *not* affect any data stored on the database server, as it is
a different machine, so those sites that are mostly database driven
should not be affected.

We will be working through the evening and night to restore the virtual
machines and bring them back up. Once completed, appropriate downtime
credits will be applied to those clients that have been affected.

We apologize for the inconvience this unschedualed downtime is causing
some of our clients, and are working as quickly as we can get everything
back up and running.
