Forgive me if I am persistent and a little bit dumb.
But, what does that mean?
That I can't use CygWin right now 'till you release a new cygipc version?
What can I do?
I need to use the latest PostgreSQL version in my XP machine.

How coud I get an older version of cygipc?

Regards,

MAGO
