isqlext.h isn't used under Windows and 1207 is
SQL_ATTR_ENLIST_IN_DTC. Unfortunately I have little
time to examine how to manage your situation.
How about changing from @TRANSACTION=REQUIRED to
@TRANSACTION=SUPPORTED ?
