Cancel interrupts are accepted at CHECK_FOR_INTERRUPTS
or while waiting for a lock.
Die interrupts are accepted at CHECK_FOR_INTERRUPTS or
at the time when they are received while interrupts
are allowed. Is my understanding right ? If so, isn't
it strange ?
