I wanted to get the view point from those in the community about have
a PUG social at this year's SCALE and if so where and when. The
experiences from last year were mostly positive but there were a few
negative points as well.

Last year we went to Paco's Tacos http://www.pacoscantina.com/

Positive points:
* Time spent socializing was excellent. It was nice getting to know
fellow PostgreSQL users in the area.
* Good ambiance
* Sufficient seating
* Excellent food (Well at least I thought so.)
* Excellent drinks

Negative points:
* Restaurant required a deposit and advanced reservation to save the tables
* The restaurant wants one check for the entire group
* Restaurant was rather crowded so it took awhile to be seated

So, I'd like to put the question to the community:

1) Should we have a Social at this years Scale?
2) If so, Where should we go?
3) Which evening should we have it? ( Friday | Saturday | Sunday )
