Hi,

We're working with IBM's Visual Age for Java, (Enteprise Edition, ver 3) and
trying to use it with Postgresql ver 6.5.3 (JVM 1.1). We can get VAJ to
recognise the DB and connect and return the tables present, however, we can't
get VAJ's "visual query builder" to permit us to make joins across tables.
Manual entry ot the SQL is fine, but there is no drag-a-key to make a join.

Am I missing some part of JDBC or VAJ? Is there some setup lacking or, perhaps,
does PostgreSQL not supply some metadata that VAJ requires? Does anyone know
how to make this work?

Thanks,
Mark
