About Tom Lane's Xeon CS test case

Recently my company’s postgres DB server sluggish suddenly with a
hight Context-switching value as below:

I have read this problem about ““Tom Lane” Workload” . And I found
my company’s DB is a Xeon MP server.

I am going to have a test to confirm it.

If anybody have the test case “Tom Lane's Xeon CS test case” ?
