invalid page header in block 428 of relation "pg_attribute"

Hello List,

I'm using postgresql 7.4 on FC4.

When i run following query on postgresql prompt, it gives error.

,vc_srno,vc_type ,vc_vouchdt,trim(''),vc_descrip, ( CASE WHEN
(vc_dr_cr='D') THEN vc_amount ELSE 0 END ) AS debit , (
CASE WHEN (vc_dr_cr='C') THEN vc_amount ELSE 0 END) AS credit
FROM voucher WHERE vc_vouchdt >= '2005-04-01' AND
vc_vouchdt <= '2006-03-31' AND trim(vc_code)='100006016' ORDER BY
vc_vouchdt,vc_vouchno );
ERROR: invalid page header in block 428 of relation "pg_attribute"

I'm not able to understand why this error is come.
plz. help me.
