NEW VERSION - PgAccess 0.98 released !!!

Hello PostgreSQL fans,

a new PgAccess (0.98) version has been released.

The PgAccess home page has been reorganized.

-international version (romanian, french, italian translations
available) in separate files (japanese translation now possible)

-enhanced table design window, add/change table permissions
-distribution archive changes

Due to a lot of changes, you might find some new bugs. Please send me a
note and I'll fix them as soon as I can.
Some last messages have not been translated. Please check them and send
me messages or the whole translation file.
Still waiting for german,spanish translations. Damen und heren, wo ist
das deutshe PgAccess users ? :-) (don't blame me, I dont' speak german
at all).
