Thank you for your offer. Someone has already donated PDFs for this
version, though their existance is apparently a secret (Vince? Could
you add this to the web page?).

The current pdf files are at

ftp://postgresql.org/pub/doc/*.pdf

I would be pleased to have you as a volunteer for future versions.
Would that be possible?
