Hola Amigos de la lista de postgresql

quisiese instalar Postgresql en el sistema operativo Windows 2000 server.

lo descargue y trate de ejecutarle pero me dice:

The PostgreSQL Installer must be run on the system console

Mi pregunta es, el error es por el Sistema Operativo?

Como puedo instalar PostgreSQL en Windows 2000 Server?
