It seems that it require /D "UNICODE". Please edit pgagent.sln and add
UNICODE or _UNICODE in the following edit box i.e.
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 -> Configuration Properties -> c/c++ ->
Preprocessor -> Preprocessor Definitions.
