I've just pushed updated packages for 9.0 and 9.1. These fix the
"fsync permissions bug":

9.2..9.4 are affected as well, but not as badly in the default Debian
setup, because they don't have the SSL certificate symlinks in the
data directory anymore.

All branches including 9.0/9.1 will get another update shortly when
the new minor release are officially released.
