Description:        MS crash - can duplicate every time
Details: 

1. Install postgresplus-8.4.1-2-windows.exe - use defaults
2. Launch pgAdmin III
3. Start server
4. Connect to server
5. Select Jobs, then New Job
6. Click Steps tab
7. Click add button
8. Click cancel button
