Dear Sir/Mam.

Kindly find the below  error,when i am trying to view database using /d
command,

WARNING:  could not write block 521 of 1663/31219/31430
DETAIL:  Multiple failures --- write error may be permanent.
ERROR:  xlog flush request 0/37395DB4 is not satisfied --- flushed only to
0/30000058
CONTEXT:  writing block 521 of relation 1663/31219/31430

Kindly send me the solution for above mentioned issue.
