I suppose you're french from your email address. So, I'll continue in french. 
If I was wrong (ie, you're not french), you should sent your mail to pgsql-
general and not pgsql-fr-generale.

Deux idées viennent en tête:

1. l'application ouvre beaucoup de connexions à PostgreSQL pour exécuter très 
peu de requêtes à la fois. Dans ce cas, un pooler de connexions pourrait vous 
aider.

2. Vous avez ajouter de la mémoire au serveur, mais vous n'avez pas modifié la 
configuration de PostgreSQL. Dans ce cas, PostgreSQL ne peut pas utiliser 
cette mémoire supplémentaire, ce qui expliquerait que vous ne voyez aucune 
amélioration.

Sinon c'est difficile d'aller plus loin sans plus d'informations (taille de la 
base, quantité de mémoire, opérations de maintenance mises en place, etc.)
