This is correct, but ...
As you state, no RDBMS is fully compliant with SQL:2003. So in most
cases people go and look, what else from previous standards is
available.

The books listed there are from the original BSD flyer. If someone has
other, better ideas ...

Usually the flyers are all together in a put-up hinge. So ppl see (at
max) the headline. That's why i added the name and the flagg for the
language.
