Go into pretty much any store. Or get it online. It'll be more expensive
when it's unlocked, of course, but they're everywhere.

Uh, AFAIK, you'll be hard pressed to find one that *doesn't* work EU-wide
;-) There are some pre-paid that don't, but most if not all subscriptions
do.

Consider which cuontry you'll be in the most, and get a subscriptionf rom
that country. International roaming is a lot more expensive (not as
expensive as EU <-> US, but still expensive)
