IIRC someone started to do something with it but that never went anywhere, so
I replaced it with a blurb informing people of the pgsql-jobs email list.
I'd say we don't neccessarily need the blurb if the whole subdomain goes
away, but we ought to put it back rather than leave what is up there now...
