Website problem. nslookup does not seem to know the address of any of your
mirrors :

$nslookup ftp22.us.postgresql.org
...
** server can't find ftp22.us.postgresql.org: NXDOMAIN

$whois postgresql.org
...

...

$nslookup
...
> server ns-a.lerctr.org
Default server: ns-a.lerctr.org
